Our Refund and Return Policy outlines the steps and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Xenasopic. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following return and exchange options:

  • Eligibility for Return: We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

If you would like to return an item that meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at info@xenasopic.com or call us at (715) 726-8686 to request a return authorization.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective products or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Xenasopic is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
  3. Return Address: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return address for shipping.

Note: We cannot accept returns of perishable items, custom-made products, or any items marked as non-returnable.


2. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, if you contact us promptly after placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate any necessary changes before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process outlined above.
